Bill Payment

Raywood Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Pay:

In an effort to serve our community better, we are now offering online bill pay.  You may now pay your bill on-line 24/7.  We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Click the Green "Pay Your Bill" now button located to the right or bottom of this page.  Have your account number handy.  Note:  As of April 2020, account numbers on your bill are now a 15 digit account number.

Credit Card Payment Fees are 3% of the amount of your bill when paid online.

ACH Draft/Check Fees are $1.00 per transaction when paid online.

**Note:  If you have online banking thru your personal bank, you may have online bill pay options thru your bank that will allow you to pay with a check that will be mailed directly to us at no cost to you...no envelope, no stamp and no trip to the mailbox necessary. 

Payment By Mail:

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid a $8 late fee, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Over The Phone / IVR:

You may call 1-855-230-7396 to make a payment on your account by using your check or credit/debit card.

Applicable fees will apply.

Payment at the Office:

You may pay your bill in person at the drive thru window at our office located at 26 FM 2830 North. We accept cash, check and money orders. Office Hours are 8am thru 3 pm, Monday thru Friday. There is no charge to pay with a check if paid at the office.   A secure night drop is also available next to the drive thru window for easy access after office hours. If leaving a payment in the night drop, please place in an envelope with your account number and the name on the account.   We will no longer accept credit/debit card payments in person at the RWSC office or over the phone.  

Scan to Pay:

We have added another option to pay your bill.  You will need a QR reader App on your phone.  Then look for the "Scan To Pay" square located at the bottom of your bill.   Once you scan the square you will just need to follow the instructions.
